My name is Blanca Rivera. I listed my home with Lily Olinick and I had a contract 2 weeks later and just recently closed on my house. She was very easy to work with, kept me informed of everything that was going on with the buyers of my home and all related dealings. Being that I was not residing in Florida at the time of the sale of my house, that was important to me. She also worked well with my mother, who was residing at my home while it was on the market, keeping her informed of showings and such. When I met Lily I had met with other realtors, but decided to go with her because she showed tremendous energy and enthusiasm. She has a very positive attitude.
